ORDER PROCESSING
At Snow Petal Baby, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail to ensure it arrives beautifully packaged and ready for your little one.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Please note that processing times are separate from delivery timelines.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping across Canada and select international destinations.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. While we always strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation has been issued.
If you experience significant delays or issues with tracking updates, our customer care team will be happy to assist you.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Snow Petal Baby is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Snow Petal Baby is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, theft, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.
However, we understand how important your order is and will gladly assist in opening a carrier investigation where applicable.
For packages marked as delivered, customers may wish to:
- verify the shipping address entered at checkout,
- check surrounding delivery areas or mailboxes,
- contact household members or building management,
- or reach out directly to the shipping carrier for additional assistance.
SHIPPING FEES & CUSTOMS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Snow Petal Baby is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives visibly damaged, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number,
- photographs of the packaging,
- and photographs of the affected item(s).
We will review each case carefully and work toward an appropriate resolution.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME DISCLAIMER
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
Unexpected carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing, peak shopping periods, or operational interruptions may occasionally affect transit times.
